San Diego and Orange County based Photographer

I am Bryan, a mechanical engineering major at Cal Poly Pomona and photographer with a passion for getting to know people and telling their stories. My photography journey began with my brother in 2020, right as I started college. He got his first camera and over the next couple months, would inspire me to try it for myself. Since then, I have been experimenting and learning through the creation of personal projects. In 2023, the Society of Women Engineers gave me the opportunity to shoot their event, I have since become their main photographer. I also started taking graduation photos the same year. My philosophy involves understanding the why behind something and can be seen in how I approach photography. Understanding what components make up a photo and how things work together to convey a specific mood, message, and story.  Photography is about people collaborating and creating a moment that would otherwise go unnoticed.
